I want to start web design business.

i want to start web design business.

i have not currently doing any job.

in past we have doing web designer job.

now i want to start my web design business.

so..i want to clear is there any legal formalities required ?

there is only 1 person work here "that's me"

presents time i have 0,00 income.

actually i want to know about income-tax applicable in my case ?

also i want to Registration of company,mean before start a company, Registration Comparison
and if i received payment from client in cash.give a Bil-book receipt,it's ok against legal option.

Webdesigning is a thing of the past. Suggestion: Start a small site with vareity of Templates to suit your requirements. Test it first to see if it works. Many but not all allow Indian IPs to enter their sites. Best allowed ones :
