I have criminal case Can i get passport

i have criminal case on my name 392ipc and two putup case are pending now i am going for trail i got a job in airport they atlre asking for passport can i get passport in any way

Yes, you can get passport there is no bar as such.

In case you travel aboard that can only be done after taking permission from court.
