I have been marked as a respondent without being served summons

Respected sir, I recently came to know by looking up the court website that I am a respondent in an appeal suit. I have never been served a summons and I do not know anything about the contents of that suit. I live abroad. How can I know what that suit is about? How do I inform the court that I have not been served and am deprived of the proceedings in that matter? please advise.

Quick Summary
If you've discovered you're a respondent in a court case without ever being served a summons, it's crucial to act. You can engage a local lawyer to investigate the case's actual position and understand its details. If you are an interested party, you can then submit an application to the court to be formally included and contest the proceedings.

Find out actual position of the case from concerned court through a local prudent lawyer.

firstly you have to see whether you are interested party in the suit, secondly you have to write application to court if you are interested party to make you party in a suit and then you can contest case
