i married in 2005 and in 2004 my father purchased a land registered on my name and 2005 i got married and my wife not living comfortable with my parents and quarreled her parents to my parents and on 2011 he transferred that property to his own name by gift registered and construct the house and i took loan on it housing loan for my need due to saving of tax map passed on my name but honoure of land is my father in future if my wife case filed for that then what can be happen if don't want anything to my parents is that property can returned or not.
