I don't want to sign Redevelopement Agreement

I am having a house in MHADA building in Thane.

We had a special AGM for signing of Redevelopment agreement on Sunday 8th May 2011.

The agreement is having many clauses which may create problems for us in near future during reconstruction.

The same was informed to our committee members in writing but no appropriate step or even discussion happened on the same in meeting.

The Floor plans and Layout was also not available during the meeting. The Architect had just showed presentation for the same.

When we started discussion @ proposed layout in presentation, then suddenly the meeting was taken to the public poll for agreement sign off and closed after that.

There was not required attendance also (3/4th i.e. 180 tenants) during the meeting. The developer himself was not present for the meeting.

I want all the legal and technical aspects very clear before signing off. But majority of the tenants had already signed the agreement. Also procedure followed by committee is not as per guidelines and regulations.

Can I do something legally regarding this???? Please advice. I am thinking of 240 tenants future.
