Dear Sir/Readers,
We have a Huf property which we wholly want to transfer in the name of the Karta (being the head of the family). But transferring through registration would incur lot of tax which is out of our pocket. So is there any exemption law which helps the Huf property to be transferred in the Karta name without much Registry tax oblligation.

An unregistered transfer of property will not be legally valid. There is no escape than to bear the registration expenses.
