HRC procedures and various stages?

My mother filed a petition in Human rights commission as my seprated wife is calling my mother on phone for money and also her mother is threatening to kill us.Filed a police complaint also.But no action has been taken by police.Appending the copy of acknowledgment copy of police complaint,we filed the petition in HRC. 498 a is in trial phase in which iam the only accused.police removed my mother from the case and recently they filed DV on my mother. what are the various phases or steps involved in the HRC petittion we filed praying for investigation on the given police complaint and for protection for my mother? what action will be taken by HRC on our petition?
