How to withdraw court cases?

Hello Experts,

I am contesting my own cases. Meanwhile, my husband illegally performed second marriage with his girl-friend with whom he was having affair before marriage. I have gathered all the evidences of his second marriage. But none of the court is supporting me.

I had also filed execution petition to recover arrears pending since 2014 of our minor son. But no one is directing him to pay arrears instead I am getting very bad treatment inside the court.

His lawyer is retired judge and his uncle is retired DYSP. So, there he is getting all the support from the court.

Kindly assist me, how to withdraw all the cases without attending the court.

1) Can I send the statement to the court by post to close the case?

2) Or any other procedure because I have remain no faith in this system now.

Thanks in advance...

Sir,

I had hired a lawyer but he clearly said that the court is not supported and if he will try more then his rest cases will get affected.

I am not getting any guidance from any of the lawyer now.

Please assist me to withdraw the case.

Madam, there are several lawyers in the country.  You can select from various sources you have and hire the best Advocate to support.  Certainly, there are good advocates.  You can take the help of legal aid services also.

Sir,

I have already checked with many but my experience is that all were biased.

Now, I just want to withdraw all the cases. I have remained no faith in this system. Here, only money, power and network works.

Kindly assist me to withdraw the cases.

Thank you !!!

Ince the file which you have put up before the judge you can give the statement that you don't want to pursue with case stating the reason for doing so. The case will be dismissed as withdrawn.

For withdrawing court cases, you should be aware of the status of your case.

Is it disposed or dismissed?
