My maternal uncle (brother of my mother) who is a Bangladeshi citizen had purchased one plot of land in India, without informing anything to concerned authority in 1968. Then he executed one GPA in my favour and left our country. Power to sale of the property was conferred to me on that POA. Now my uncle died their and left no legal heir. Now the question is whether my mother can sale the property as she is the only relative still alive. If yes, then please mention the way.
