I have a Maruti car Which was stolen some Five years back .We have logged a FIR a and my car got found and the court realesed on superdari of 1 lakhs rupees.
Now the vehicle is not in working position.We now have to scrap the car.
What All procedure we have to follow from finishing the superdari to sell the car in scrap??
Please give me the respective Guidancee???
