How to register portion from grand parent house

 

my father is living in my grand parent house with my uncle with mutual understanding that one part is your and rest to me.

my grant mother is alive . my father are four brother. now i would like to know, how to make registry of given portion to my father name so that in future there will not be any legal dispute .

for this what are the legal way? should my father sit with my uncle and register divided house to their name.

DEED OF FAMILY ARRANGEMENT is the best option for you.   Appropriate shares of the property can be alloted for every family member and you have to compulsorily register it.

First you tell me who is the real owner of this property (Your Grand Father or else). In the given case your father cannot register or divided house between them because there are also four brother to your father & also your grand mother is alive . Therefore your Grand mother & her all sons are legal heir of this property .
