Hi, I am an NRI residing out of india for last 10 years.
I would liek to registar a company in Karnataka, excatly in Mysore. Can anyone help me with how to go ahead with this?
I am not intended to do any intensive business with the company. for the beginning, it will be a name sake only as i need this company registration to help me in my business in my country of residence. Can you plz reply?
