How to recover theft items from dehli police

Hi,

24 g of gold (22 c.)+few silver items+laptop+27k cash stolen from my house in Bangalore on 8th June 2014. I have filed a complaint in Bangalore on the same date. Dehli police has recovered most of the items from robbers on 10th of June 2014.

Now Bangalore police has to go to Dehli to collect the items but they are not going. Please advice what I should do to recover my items.

File an application called supurdigi nama in the same court where your case is running that you have come to know that your stolen property is recovered by the delhi police ,( if you have any documentary proof then exhibit with it ) hence it is prayered to the honbl'e court to give direction to the bangalore police to collect all the recovered stolen items and release the items to the complainant .
