I have purchased resale flat in Pune. Society had been registered in 2007-08 and first owner has society share certificate.
Society had given NOC to me and Bank (I took loan) before I purchased. I had submit all the documents and pay all the fees for transfer but society is not transferred membership (Share certificate) on my name saying I need to remove shed on my flat terrace (which was developed by first owner on 2008) . Society has never given written notice neither first owner nor me for removing shed, they are just talking verbally.
How can get my member ship? I heard that I need to applied under section 23(2) at dy. registar of co-operative society and demand member ship. Do I need to applied in specific format?
Does it legal way to regularise shed of my flat terrace ?
