Hi,
things were not going well since we got married. Now it has reached to worst. Girl n in laws are threating to frame me and my familiy against dowry/harassment law. At present we are not staying together. girl is at my home country India.Somehow they contacted my compnay's HR and telling all the false story and requetsting my HR to terminate my Job.
Want to know how much i can be dragged by a company HR ? I work in one of the TOP MNC in US.

UR Company is nowhere concerned about UR personal life in India.Who are they to get UR overseas job terminated?,
They are only threatening to frame charges,but have not done so yet. instead of getting the matter going beyond UR reach,better go for settling the issue,without turning it into legal complications.

Your company or the HR is no where concerned with your personal life, they should ignore such threatening complaints from the spouses especially from India, because it is globally known fact that the abuse of law on such issues are abundantly prevalent in India and they do not know the leap where and how it will be reach. You can inform your HR to not to interfere in the personal life which you will take care. Non-responsive attitude of the employer itself will diffuse the situation.
