my father sister has file a receiver petition in high court for rent income coming from property which is they are claiming to be disputed .
i like to how to counter this petition as this rental income is only source of income for all our family .
plus property has been constructed and developed by our family for rental purpose.
plaintiff has only made claim and counter claim about the ownership of property without any concrete proof .
are there any citation when receivership is denied especially when by granting receivership it will deprive the family of its only source of income??
it is common to grant receivership in property dispute or it is granted only in extreme cases
