I want to know Null & void case is running in family court, but 2 days back wife agreed to have mutual divorce,she gave sign in mutual divorce court paperhavin setteled permanent one time alimony. Now question arise can i file the mutual divorce case in 13B & GET QUICK RELIEF .Some says it will take 6 months & some one within 1-2 months which one is right. What will be right for me now. Wheter any witness is required to produce near jaudge in during hearing

It takes minimum 6 months. No witness is necessary.

Thanks. Can I get the order within 2-3 months by 2 quick date hearing or in each 3 months 1 hearing date will arise & in 6 months final order will passed. Because my lawyer giving assurance that within 2 months i will give u relief by having 2 hearing is it true

Not true.... bcoz in MCD after the first motion, the 6 m time is granted for reconciliation attempts. After 6m if the second motion is moved by both the parties, then divorce is granted.
