How much stamp duty required for partnership deed

respected Sir/mam,
I have drafted a partnership deed for one of my client. You are requested to guide me about what value of stamp paper or duty required for such deed.
Thanks in advance

Quick Summary
The amount of stamp duty required for a partnership deed varies significantly depending on the specific state in India. While some states have fixed rates, others calculate duty based on a percentage of the capital or a portion of the capital. It's essential to consult the Stamp Act of the relevant state or seek advice from a local lawyer or sub-registrar to ascertain the exact stamp duty applicable to your partnership deed.

Stamp Act and Registration Act are State Acts, consult concerned Sub-registrar / document writer or a local lawyer.
