How many days it will take to get a-bail in hc-advice

Hi All, My wife filed 498 a& DP 3&4 on 03.09.2013. we have applied Anticipatory bail in session court and it got rejected. we are moving to Highcourt now. Please advise me how many days it will take to get anticipatory bail in High court?

Depend's on three things:

 

1. Her type of allegations in FIR

 

2. Your smartness of Lawyer to argue for your AB

 

3. Judge is Biased or unbiased.
