An advocate cannot advertise like this, and it is against the Advocates' Act.

This advertisement for experts on this platform ??
Can we/you make such professional advertisement ? I am putting this question on myself and yourself.
I am confident that you have read Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules read with Advocates Act, 1961 qua initiation of disciplinary action for such advertisement, isn't it ?. If so, can you enlighten fellow advocates on this site ?
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Advocate) 18 June 2026

Corporate disputes can arise from shareholder disagreements, partnership conflicts, breach of contract, or differences between directors. The appropriate resolution depends on the nature of the dispute, the agreements involved, and the applicable law.
Businesses should begin by reviewing relevant contracts, preserving supporting documents, and identifying their legal options. Depending on the circumstances, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or court proceedings may be appropriate. Seeking legal advice early can help businesses assess risks and avoid unnecessary escalation.
When choosing legal counsel, businesses should consider the lawyer's experience with commercial disputes, familiarity with the relevant courts or tribunals, and understanding of the company's industry and commercial objectives.
