My father is planning to make a settlement deed on his property in my name at a later date( few months later )
in Chennai .He plans to sell the property and give me the capital .I plan to re-invest this capital to clear the loan on other property I have purchased.Hence my father plans to first transfer the property thro registered settlement deed which he has to make in other city where the property is located at a later date.Since I am leaving abroad shortly and do not have the time to wait for the settlement deed to be created , I plan to give the GPA to my dad for sale of this property which my dad is settling to me by the deed in order to avoid capital gains in my dads hand.
Please advice the format of the ADVANCE GPA FORMAT forsale of the particular property with a future settlement deed which my dad will make on his own at a later date.Please reply at the earliest as I am awaiting only for this document to leave abroad.
