authorities with address in kalyan maharashtra konkan region, to complant for noc overcharging, not giving bills, not auditting for last 8 years, not distributing minutes and accounts, not paying education cess tax , m-20 bonds etc. other than deputy registrar as he is not taking proper action just writting letters which managing commitee do not care to answer also.
