I m Vasanth from Chennai and would like to know if anyone can guide me on how to proceed further on Registering my marriage.
My wife was a Muslim and i had already converted her to Hindu through Arya Samaj, got married and i have the marriage certificate of Arya Samaj, and her conversion certificate.
Now i wish to register my marriage legally , but i was told that i can register only with her Muslim name and not with Hindu name,because i have all her education docs, passport ,PAN etc all are in Muslim name.
Can you please guide me on how should i proceed to register my marriage using Hindu names for both the parties?
