Wife got high maintenance. She was studying as well as working simultaneously.. She was doing Masters while I'm only Bachelor in Arts. Marriage lasted only three months. She left her job and now claiming that she is unemployed and needs money for studying. Session judge agreeing that she might be working even after marriage but she cannot force her to work while she is studying.
She has got half of my salary in interim maintenance and I'm a govt. servant so can't leave job. I have no liability as my parents are deceased. I don't want to finance person who wants to harass me. We have no kid. They have also given maintenance against right of residence for ancestral house that is not on my name. I've also lost appeal in sessions court against high maintenance.
Any judgment of Supreme court in such case or P&H HIgh court. Please help in this regard
