May i kindly be informed of your valuable information regarding S.451 Crpc..I have submitted an application u/s 451 Crpc in the Magistrate Court for releasing of seized .32 pistol to the rightful owner who is also having a retainer license. However, the Magistrate Court rejected my application by relying on the forensic report which submitted that the said pistol is locally/country made. I would also like to add that my client is also not an accused in the case. What is the course to be adopted in this situation?
