Help me win a misleading advertising case

A company is trying to falsely claim themselves as No. 1 in India when actually they have never received any such awards to claim themselves as No.1 in India. Please kindly help save innocent buyers from getting scam by misleading advertisements as already mentioned and explained above Please kindly share me any court order or judgement so that i can win the case of Misleading Advertising as soon as possible. Please kindly reply as soon as possible.
