Dear Members,
I am very clueless about the whole thing, My lawyer after getting paid is not responding to my phone calls, I dont know whether the RCR has reached my spouse, As per an earlier update my lawyer had told me that the hearing would be on Aug-4th, I need to know if I should attend the proceedings, also is there anyway that the RCR can be cancelled at this stage & I can file a divorce based on cruelty since we did not have a physical relationship. Please hel me, Iam desparate.
