If you were married in Lucknow, then Lucknow court will also have jurisdiction to try the petition.

My marriage has happend in Allhabad, but reception has happend in Lucknow.

Then Lucknow has no jurisdiction. File at Allahabad or Banglore.

Best place to file divorce would be Bangalore keeping in mind you work in Bangalore.

If you file it at Lucknow, then you will have to finally bid goodbye to your job due to court dates.  And dont forget expenditure of travel and food etc.

FILE FOR DIVORCE IN BANGLORE  citing cruelty as the ground. police torture,false charges,bipolar behaviour  are good grounds to this case.dont fight back,keep your cool,and try to collect evidences,record her shoutings,abuses,threats,  all d  best

Recent issue.

Recent Incident:

As, she is staying with me in Bangalore. My vacation was coming so i decided to go to home on 21 June 2013. My wife and me discussed, like I will take direct flight from Bangalore to Lucknow and after reaching in Airport. I will drop her to Father Inlaw’s native place Allahabad. But after reaching Lucknow airport she stated fighting with me , Like she want to go my house, I told her as you and my parent are in not good relation . Please don't go, but she deny and start fighting and saying like this I will gathered people here, itself in Airport. After 2-hour fight i finally decided to bring her to my house. Again fight has been started and his brother has send police on my house. We gone to Local Thane, and she given written statement,. Like we are harassing her for dowry and I did abortion of her so much false allegation. SO(Police) said her ok go to home and don't fight, she also said in Police(SO) she want to live with my self.

My Parents are senior citizen, they are 72 and 64 years old and I am only son in my family. Due to this issue they got broke down.

 Side note: I also in so much tension and pain. I need to return in Bangalore on 3 June, I have flight ticket of my wife as well as. I am working in world top Internet Giant
