What if no specific role of all defendants is given in the suit but only of one is given?
Also what if legal notice was sent only to one director and not ll? Also all the docs/evidence relates to only one director.
what defense do the other defendants have? Can their name be struck off under order 1 rule 10(2) of cpc.
