i am 69. i am having a house in trichy corporation limit and it is 35 years old. needs to dismantled and reconstructed.In this contest i want to give this property to my wife and to my only GRANDSON as gift.
at what stage should i transfer this ? before dismantling OR after dismantling? since corporation approval is to be got.
