we are 2 sisters and have plots of land in madh island (mumbai) i live abroad and am childless while my sister lives in mumbai. I want to sell the plots but my sister is refusing as she has a daughter and thinks after our deaths hers and mine her daughter will get all the plots. how to force her to sell the plots of land

U devided a plot in two part your and your sister for that u make a plan and if authority pass a plan then u sell your plot. OR u tell your sister for purchase this plot 1/2 share in her name from u and execute this sale deed in registrar office.

I tried that but the buyer is only interested in the full plot as this was agricultural land and has a structure and devided into 2 plots will be no use to the buyer and my sister is refusing to buy from me as her hope is to give the full plot to her daughter. after her death and mine
