I am fighting an HCP and Custody case filled by my widowed sister in law and family against me and my brother, sisters. The Judge has passed an interim relief in favour of sil and the custody of the child has been provided to mother/sil. As a natural gaurdian mother has the right however the child doesn't want to live with his mother/sil but wants to with me and other uncles/aunt.
Please help me on how to get the child back with me
