You mean IInd Bail application, yes it is maintainable.
You would need to show some change of circumstances though.

no, not 2nd application, we are not going for 2nd application, we dnt know where to move now...we moved directly to HC..

You can move a fresh application with change of facts.

Dont show so much desparation by putting up silly posts where ever possible, why is your stomach aching if some victims are getting right advice and are sharing each others sorrow.
