Harrassment by a youngster

My daughter is doing her plus two at chennai and is living in chennai with her grandmother, I and my husband work at bangalore, My daughter has been friendly with a local boy, this boy has been known to us since he was 13years old and now he is 20 years old and last year he broke his leg which created sympathy on him and we have said nothing as we thought as time goes everything would change, but since of late the boy has been accusing my daughter of her fidelity and keeps telling her that she loves other boys and keeps putting restrictions to her as not to come late from school, not to talk on the phone etc and this has become a type of mental harassment to her, when I came to know this is happening i brought her away to bangalore, but she needs to go back to chennai to write her plus two board exams, I am afraid this boy would definitely follow her and continue the same, At present I am not in a condition to leave my job and move to chennai as I have loans to pay, Please advise what should I do, If I can stop her from writing her plus two exams and let her do it next year or can I send her to write her exams...Please advise please advise

Let she and her grandmother go to the local police station in Chennai and give a complaint and their apprehension of that boy may accost her.  The police may warn the boy and the girl shall keep the police control room No. and keep it handy in any event.  Let the girl bravely face the situation and in no way let she should be cowed or cringed.  She should under in no circumstances abandon her examinations.  Take police assistance and if you have some other friends or women's organisations, contact them, if situation warrants.
