harassment

I m working in crpf as a sub inspector. I was harassed by an officiar(assistance commandant) because of my schedule caste reservation.He insulted me in front of my junior and sent me to Srinagar from Gurgaon for duty But he used to speak me alone on my sc reservation and in front of everyone he used to speak in Indirect way, which was my insult. i complained against him to my Senior officers but he also supported him and They suppressed my complain by saying that you have not any proof of harassment. Now i m mentally very troubled . Please tell me some way so that any action can be taken against the officer and I will get justice.
