In response to your query,

The standard time frame is "after 5 years have passed." Completing 6 months or more, on the other hand, is said to be transformed to a year. As a result, you will be eligible in your case. Furthermore, they have divided such period into completion of

1. 190 days if the company has a period of 5 day weekly policy AND

2. 240 days if the company has a period of 6 day weekly policy, as per Sec 2A of the act.

As a result of the foregoing, you are entitled for service gratuity because you have served for more than 9 years.

Regards,

Aryan Raj
