sir I have worked for 3 years with ICICI bank through outsourcing agency..bank had terminated me without any reason..and clearly said that bank has finished the work of outsourcing employees in all India..sir kindly guide me is there any scope for my gratuity,remburshment, or any other relief from bank..plz.
