Grandson property transfer

Hello Sir,
I need your advice and help regarding a property.
Just an introductory about my case,
My grandfather (mother's father) died in 1985 leaving my  grandmother as the legal heir and successer of immovable property (house). He had one daughter,my mother. My mother and father got divorced when I was a child and I have been living in the said premises of my grandfather for the past 23 years from birth. Nor
have I any connection with my father or have ever claimed any property from his side. But recently my mother is considering a second marriage. And in my grandmother's will in 1998 she has stated that 1/2 of the property is her's and 1/2 is of my mother. And after my grandmother's death the property will solely be my
mother's. There is no will left by my grandfather and I was born three years after my grandfather's death. I am a student and am concerned about my future and higher education as I do not trust the intentions of my mother's probable second husband. I want to transfer the whole property to my name as they have not kept any savings for me. The relationship between us is still amicable on surface so a tranfer of property may be done before it is too late. What legal procedures should I follow and what are my rights.
Please help so that I can save my future. Thanks.
