Graduity

I have resigned officially on March 2013 and withdrew my ppf amount in full and unofficially i was on duty; later on after 03 months i again officially enroll my name in ppf. As i was unofficial employer i didnot claimed for gradutiy, leave pay and any other benefit. Now i am permanently leaving. Now after 03 years can i claim grautiy and other benefit.

Gratuity: If you are eligible,There is no limitation. The employer should have on its own supplied 'Notice of Determination' of Gratuity and payment.Write under proper acknowledgment to supply these. You can submit FormI.Request to condone the delay.

Other dues:Unpaid wages are debt on employer.If you are coverd by the def. of 'Workman' you can approach tribunal anytime. Tribunal shall decide on merits and on delay.

If Not limitation may set in and may bar the claim.
