Gpa question

Hi Experts,

i have a question for you.

i am going to register my apartment in Bangalore at Bommanahalli resistration office.

registration will be on both mine and my wife's name. we recently moved to Pune and because of health conditions, my wife will not be able to come to bangalore for registration.

so we are considering GPA

I have taken loan from Axis bank for this property. as per the Bank loan officer, i have to get the GPA form signed from my wife and have to get the franking done in Bangalore. is it enough? or do i need to get the GPA form registered in Pune?

if i get the document franking in Bangalore, will registration office accept the just franking document? and consider my sign for my wife as well?
