Hi,
I am planning to buy a resale home which is in the name of husband and wife. property is located in bangalore but sellers are now in delhi. wife cannot travel to bangalore. is notarised GPA provided to husband on behalf of wife will work for the sale deed.
what is the correct way to get a GPA by husband and if possible can you share a format.

GET GPA OF WIFE TO HUSBAND AT DELHI AND GET IT BE REGISTERED AT REGISTRAR OFFICE, DELHI. IT SHOULD BE VALIDATED AT BANGLORE REGISTRAR OFFICE. FORMATION CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE STATE GOVT. WEB SITE. OR CONSULT THE SUB REGISTRAR CONCERNED TO GET THE SAME.
