Govt insisting adhar card compulsory for availing Loan

Sir,

We wan't to apply for Govt Minority loan and the Telangana state Govt online loan application form not accepting without entering Adhar card number. The last date fixed for the online application form is 27th March 2015. But as per recent Supreme Court interim order dated 16th March 2015,it says, states should not insist adhar card and adhar card is not compulsory for availing any Govt subsidy scheme but the Telangana Government is still insisting Adhar card.

So,Shall we aproach High court and file writ petition to get the stay order for directing  the Govt to accept online Govt loan application before 27th ?or is there any better solution ?Please advice.

Thanks,

K.Narayana Swamy

Yes that can be an option

Yes you can opt for it, but rush up as there is no much time left for any such action.
