Dear Respectable Members, I need a clarity on the category of retired persons who are enrolling as an advocate in the state of Telangana. The person given the resignation for his job at the age of 36 years and going for enrollment as an advocate will be treated as retired persons and charge the fee of 15,000/- rs or will be treated as general category. Please help me in this regard and share the supportive document on this area.
