Gifted land from my sister to me(elder brother) ............

Dear Sir/ Madam, My Sister(Younger) gifted all the four properties on her name to me. The reason is that she had love marriage. All the properties on her name were earned by my father. Her husband agreed that i have married her not by seeing the properter that she will get , only reason that i loved her. Hence all the members from his side and our side said that she will transfer the properties to me. They have agreed for that and all the properties were registered on my name. This is done last year August. Is there any chance that she can go for that property in any case. My father said that he need all the properties should be registered to me(son) as i am the only son. Is there any chance that she can go for it again as they were registered on my name. I came to know that she had applied for E.C on all that properties. If so what should i do???? Thanks, Suresh
