My grandfather has gifted our ancestral property to my father. Can my father gift it to me? Can this gift deed be challenged by my father's sister? What is most full proof way of registering this property against my name.

Just want to add one thing on the above question, my grandfather got this property after partition.....

First of all, I would like to inform you that ancestral property can not be gifted to anyone, but it comes to successor with time to time. Gifting of ancestral property done by your grandfather is stand invalid.
