A registered gift deed once made cannot be cancelled except the donor goes to court for cancrellation. It becomes your sister's absolute property except in case of fraud or coercion.Yes in the absence of your sister through death her husband and children  would get shares in the property as her immediate heirs. In case you want to cancel the gift deed you and your mother will have tio go to court to cancel it.
