No. One gift deed is sufficient and at any place under the jurisdiction of the Sub Registrar where the property is situated.

If you wish to gift both properties to one person then you may execute single  gift deed for both properties else execute separate gift deed for separate property.Single gift deed for both the properties may be executed at any place under jurisdiction of Sub Registrar where properties  are situated .

I endorse the opinion and advise of learned senior experts, the sole (ONE) Gift Deed can be registered with either of the jurisdictional Sub-Registrar where either of the two properties are located.
