Gift Deed for cash transfer to NRI son in local indian acc.

Hello I needed your legal advice on an issue. I am an NRI and my father who is residing in India had transfer an amount in my local account in India. We want to perform gift deed but I as a donee is not present in India. How can we prepare gift deed and notarize it in this case.

For cash gift deed the donor only has to sign and get 1-2 witnesses, donee is not supposed to sign it as he is just receiving the money in his bank account which is by itself sufficient proof of the gift. Notarisation of Gift Deed is optional.
