Gift deed executed by father

A Family consisting of Mother, Father & Her 3children one male and another two are females. Mothers self aquired property, after her death can husband give that property by way of unconditional gift deed to her 2 female children without consent of male child. after 3 years father also died intestate.

You are not clear;;;;

If the property belonged to mother and she died without any will then the property shall be divided among all of the heirs viz son,daughters,husband.

If wife has neither gifted not left any will in favour of her hsuaband ,then husband has no right to gift or make will for enitre property; however he can gift or give his only his own share to anyone not whole of the property.

But if wife has made will or gifted her property to husaband then he becomes basolute owner and only in that case he can pass on the property as per his wish...
