Hi, This is Robert, I have a problem with GHMC. Hyderabad. I am having a house in 200 yards , I purchased this from a land lord. He sold reaming land to APHB In the layout of housing board people showed this land as open place and ghmc has demolished my house with out notice and built a wall in it with my material. Is it possible to me to file a case against the GHMC and APHB. if so what sections will attract for this act.
